Site Engineer

As a site engineer, you will monitor diversified aspects of construction project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Accountant to support the Accounts Payable, Expense & Cashfow function of the Company & its subsidiaries. The role encompasses a comprehensive range of Accounts Payables functions, including, but not limited to, processing invoices for payment to suppliers, data entries in accounting systems, preparing payments, liaising with suppliers to address invoices/ payment issues and period end closing activities which includes maintaining audit schedules on a monthly basis . This role would also be required to handle fixed assets management and reconciliation and cashflow planning to ensure sufficient fund for payments. The candidate must be versatile and willing to accept job rotation to other accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable and other ad-hoc finance-related projects when necessary.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

- You should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Liaising between HBD officer and resident about the Building Service Centre
• Attending and assist residents query for HBD Building Service Centre
• Arrange the weekly, monthly report to HDB, Consultant Town Council
• Administration work duties
• Liaising with the sub-contractor/site in charge for work schedule update to ensure daily work going smoothly
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimun qualification - GCE Ö"Level or Nitec Certificate.
• Prior customer relations work experience is preferred

Job summary:

1. Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of project scope, cost, schedule, and quality from the initial preparation stage until complete handover

2. Assisting and working closely with the Project Manager

3. Work closely with admin team pertaining to quotation, tax invoice, purchase order, payment, and claims matters

4. Preparing presentation drawing and drawing of plan, section & elevation

5. Preparing scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required

6. Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in related field

We are looking for an exceptional Engineering lead who can inspire action towards a better world while driving scalable business growth. As one of the first few hires on the venture, you will strike the delicate balance of defining technical architecture, guiding teams whilst also getting into the weeds to code as needed.

In this role you will:

Drive technical strategy, architecture and roadmap

· Set the technical vision, strategy and architecture from concept to future state to drive short-and long-term impact

· Partner with internal C-suite and broader corporate stakeholders, cross-functional peers in Engineering, Design and Commercial to translate technical vision into a technically feasible roadmap

Deliver products par excellence

· Lead and drive software delivery, providing visibility of progress and performance

· Effectively align teams and resources to achieve key business priorities on time and at the appropriate scope and highest quality

· Pitch in with code, code reviews, architectural reviews and technical mentoring whenever necessary

· Direct and drive high volume product pushes focusing on speed and quality

· Ensure all internal processes and external services comply with security and privacy policies and regulations (data compliance in particular)

· Build an efficient end-to-end application infrastructure, applying standard methodologies in software estimation and delivery

· Ensure that overall technical practices are scalable, constantly evaluating tech stacks to cater to evolving business needs

· Define and implement an effective, transparent and repeatable process for quality assurance (QA) across all areas of the organization including product development

Build team and drive engineering culture

· Build a team of capable engineers, developing the careers and technical capabilities of all team members

· Cultivate a strong culture of experimentation, delivery and impact

· Identify, validate and manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required

You should have:

· Experience as a full stack engineer with expertise in at least 2-3 languages and frameworks

· Built products 0-1 or end-to-end from initial concept to market launch and testing and iteration, for instance at startups or digital consultancies

· Worked with senior corporate stakeholders and/or familiar working in corporate environments

· Experience building full stack web or hybrid Enterprise SaaS applications

· Built products for enterprise with a focus on security considerations

· Proven ability to hire, mentor and lead engineering teams

· Worked collaboratively and mobilized multiple stakeholders across multiple disciplines to drive desired outcomes

· Excellent communication and coherence of thought to be able to distil and explain complex technical concepts to general audiences
