Roles & Responsibilities

Manufacturing/ Production Line setup, pre-qualification and maintenance.
Provide technical support to customer related to assembly/ manufacturing.
Develop process and generate work instruction.
Review drawing, customer specifications and Bill of Materials cleanup.
Assembly, test, and commissioning of highly automated industrial equipments.
Train, certify and monitor assembly technicians.
Develop necessary technical competencies and equipment capabilities to meet operational performance targets
Work and collaborate with Production to achieve the desired quality and output
In-process yield/reject/scrap rate monitoring.

Requirements

Minimum two years of relevant experience in Toy Furniture Manufacturing Industry
Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with good knowledge of craftman work
Good leadership / presentation / communication / team building skills
Ability to work proactively and to identify issues and propose solutions
Able to design and implement effective systems, processes and informatio/ reporting mechanisms

Introduction:

As device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. Candidate should have strong interests and willing to learn Semiconductor physics and able to work with various departments/customers to deliver final product or to resolve issues. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer’s 1st time design success.

Your Job:

● Analyze and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.

● Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results

● Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues

● Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.

● Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

● Some basic programming is needed for data analysis. Preferred python

Summary

The design engineer is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of design and documentation required to enable the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

• Draft and prepare shop drawings of the given structures, components and devices
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV principles, including ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Review design specifications, measurements, and drawings to participate in the process of solving on-site problems or design changes
• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components, based on the specifications and calculations (heat load, ESP, Pump friction loss, assist and coordinate with the project team to provide architectural design and technical solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of submission drawings complying with various authorities' guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project in charge to ensure timely task completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues
• Assist the Project in-charge in determining the project schedule
• Follow company policies and ISO procedures to ensure quality services
• Any other duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum must have 2 years Singapore-based ACMV experiences
• Possess adequate qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of industrial codes, standards and procedures
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Naviswork and other related BIM software, MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Application, E20 software, etc.
• Able to work with fast pace environment
• Positive attitude and organise
• Willing to learn
