Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Science disciplines. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Offer comprehensive technical support for ‘in service’ Terex AWP/Genie machines

• Service and repair of machines at customer locations / sites or Terex facilities as required to ensure conformance with manufacturers specifications and company policy
• Carry out assessments/inspections and report findings (including BOM, estimated Labour and plan of action) on AWP machinery
• Interact with fellow team members to ensure accurate and timely sharing of information both technical and commercial
• Notify appropriate team member of any defective or unsafe equipment
• Inspect and test wiring and circuitry and replace faulty parts
• Clean parts and equipment using chemical solutions
• Apply finishes and surface coatings to products, using chemicals or by spray painting
• Carry out basic quality checks and support the quality program though closed loop reporting
• Accurate and timely completion of all relevant reports and documentation in support of standard operating procedures

Education / Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of three years’ experience gained working on MEWP’s in the Powered Access Industry
• Previous experience working in plant, diesel engines, auto electrics, hydraulics, diagnostic fault finding with lifting equipment and servicing MEWPsDriving Licence
