Job Scope and Duties include:

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

• To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement.
• Prepare responses to client queries.
• Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures.
• Develop Supplier call out plan in consultation with commissioning leads and work closely with Supplier callout Coordinator to manage the supplier callout process during execution phase.
• Develop mobilization plan for discipline technicians following project execution plan.
• Develop required specification and Coordinate for set up of contract for commissioning support services i.e., Integrity Leak test / Oil flushing services, Technician Manpower supply, temporaries (Load Bank, Temp Generators, steam blow etc).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 8 to 14 years' work experience (or) Master's Degree in Engineering with 6 to 12 years' work experience with minimum of 5 years' work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 11 to 17 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered
• Ability to define concepts of completion process.
• Experience in developing required technical specification and Coordinate for set up of contract for various support services required during commissioning i.e., Integrity Leak test / Oil flushing services, Technician Manpower supply, temporaries (Load Bank, Temp Generators, Steam blow etc).
• Has work experience in setting up an effective, objective oriented, and user-friendly commissioning execution plan / schedule for the successful Commissioning of any FPSO project
• Work experience within strict regulatory environments and aligning commissioning independence with engineering compliance and contractual requirements.
• Familiar in use of Software, Database systems related to System Completion, Project Management (MS Project / P6) and General computer literacy (MS office).

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to create and document detailed test plans for verifying the SoC design.
• Establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
• Develop reusable testbenches, test cases using constrained-random and directed methods, and verification modules for both block and system levels.
• Create a regression strategy, methodology, and scripting tools, ensuring comprehensive function coverage and addressing verification gaps before design releases and tape-out.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve simulation issues.
• Provide support to test engineers during post-silicon validation.

• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
