Job Description:
- Processing of petty cash, invoices, overtime and salary matters
- Preparation of budget, monitoring of expenditure
- Checking of financial statements
- Maintain and updating of Admin, Finance and HR records
- Prepare duty rosters, processing of leave and recruitment of foreign staff
- Collation of data for submission to relevant authorities
- Assist with personnel matters
Working hours:
- 5 days work week (Mon-Fri), in accordance to duty roster
- Up to 44 hours a week
The Welfare Home is for destitute persons. Location of work would be at Buangkok Green.
