Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function and ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT audit program aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead and supervise IT audit teams in performing complex audits of information systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls
• Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, governance structures, and risk management processes
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans
• Review and assess compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide detailed audit reports and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory examinations
• Monitor remediation efforts and follow up on audit findings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of IT audit experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
• Experience with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
• Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and international standards
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in IT audit tools and methodologies
• Understanding of network architecture and security protocols
• Knowledge of database management systems
