Responsibilities:

• Investigate and process of marine insurance claims from first notice to final settlement.
• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, 3rd party claimants on claims matters.
• Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of Marine policy documentation.
• Manage Marine policy documentation and related administrative duties.
• Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of marine claims experience
• A good understanding of current marine claims landscape and trends.
• BCP, PGI, CGI Certification are required

Responsibilities:

• Advise policyholders and claimants on policy and claims related matters.
• To negotiate and settle claims with policyholders, other insurers, Third Party claimants, and workshops accurately and timely.
• Ensure each claim is assessed correctly in accordance to policy coverage and within the Authority Limit given, with adequate reserve set.
• Ensure all correspondences and enquires, including complaints, are well managed and responded to in a timely manner with excellent claims service.
• Liaise effectively with service providers and provide the required support to them, with the objective of delivering quality claims service experience.
• Review claim files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in assessing and approving of motor claims.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc.
• Assist in monthly reports on the movement of premium income.
• Assist to provide quotation in accordance with the Company's underwriting guidelines.
• Assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies;
• To establish customer benefit services with vendors;
• Provide customer service to corporate clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters;
• Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).

• Plan renewal strategies for corporate clients.

• Seek approvals for claims exceeding authorised limit.
• Handle claims enquiries via all channels from customers and claimants.
• Ensure reserves are updated in a timely and realistic manner.
• Identify and highlight any potential fraudulent claim and resolve them effectively.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers and intermediaries.
• Ensure all recovery claims are pursued and followed-up periodically to ensure resolution.
• Provide mentorship to juniors.
• Conduct periodic active file review.
• Participate in system and work improvement projects when neccessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with Certificate in General Insurance
• At least 2 years of experience in assessing and processing motor claims. Candidates who are more experienced will be considered for Senior Executive level.
