Join a leading brand in the gold jewellery industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation for nearly 70 years! As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in our accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily operation summary checks on sales transactions, collections, and various vouchers.
- Ensure accurate pre-GST sales and GST amounts, identifying any missing sales invoices.
- Post and reconcile all receipts, including credit cards, NETS, cash, and vouchers.
- Prepare monthly net sales reports for store landlords.
- Assist with statutory audits, corporate tax, and GST compliance.
- Manage branch requests for printing supplies and invoices.
- Perform general administrative tasks within the finance department.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Nitec in Accounting or a Diploma with relevant accounting knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated, meticulous work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with Netsuite is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
