Position: Finance Assistant
Salary Range: $2,400 - $2,800

What You'll Do:

• Review and summarize daily sales transactions, collections, and voucher data.
• Ensure pre-GST and GST sales are accurate; investigate any missing invoices.
• Post and reconcile all forms of payments: credit cards, NETS, cash, and vouchers.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for store landlords.
• Assist with statutory audits, corporate tax, and GST compliance.
• Support branches by managing requests for printing supplies and invoices.
• Perform administrative tasks within the finance department.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as needed.

What You Bring:

• Minimum Nitec in Accounting or a Diploma with relevant accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Netsuite experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
