Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support to various business users. Attend to business queries and business requests promptly. Follow through the business requests to a proper closure

• Work on timely resolution for reported incidents so as to meet service level targets. Incidents include failures & queries reported by business users and technical staff; event alerts automatically detected and reported by event monitoring tool

• Perform root cause analysis to identify permanent solution so as to prevent recurring incidents and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented

• Ensure all incidents and problems are proactively managed – Prioritizing numerous issues of varying severity and escalate issues as appropriate to necessary teams and management

• Collaborate with the development team in identifying resolutions and transitioning of releases into production environment

• Adopt standard Incident and Problem Management workflow and processes, i.e timely ticket, defect and incidents loggings including proper change management processes and quality issue/impacts emails

• Participate in DR/BCM activities or infrastructure related upgrade

• Responsible of capacity management. To monitor & analyse current performance and capacity data and forecast the capacity required by the applications ahead

• Aside from day-to-day support duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed

Key Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.

• Min 5 years of experience in application development and support environment in Banking Finance, ETL, Data warehouse, and business intelligence

• Must have working experience in Unix/Windows platforms, batch scheduling tools, Database query skills, BI Tools skillsets

• Mandatory Technical skills : SAP ABAP, Oracle / MS SQL, Unix/Linux, AS400, Control-M, Connect Direct, Shell scripting

• Madatory Functional knowledge for SAP covering module FI, CO, AA, AP, AR, MM, REFX, Workflow and Archival

• Knowledge of ITIL of similar framework will be advantage

• Experiences in Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX, Hyperion, Ray, Informatica, Teradata, Big Data using Cloudera (CDH 5.8 or above), Hive, Impala, HDFS, YARN, Sqoop, Oozie, Hbase, kafka, Map Reduce/Spark are good advantageous

Job Objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of AML KYC system

• Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards

• Coordinate with Technical Delivery Manager to plan technical deliverables and schedule, perform environment setup, involve in solution design and development works to meet project requirements

• Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions

• Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested

• Implement project change request and in accordance with deployment schedule

• Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result

Job Objectives

Bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced business analyst for the core Treasury IT team to support the bank’s treasury division for the business with Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe.

This role is for the Global Markets Programme – Risk Project implementation using Murex v3. The role is based in Singapore and requires interaction with users and stake holders in Singapore & overseas.

The system analyst role is responsible for the delivery of strategic projects or tactical changes for the bank’s treasury division.

The focus is on the roll out of the Murex - Risk related deliveries for the bank in Singapore and branches. The role requires the successful candidate to gather requirements, work with the vendors and drive the testing with the end users to ensure a successful deployment of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Self-motivated risk management professional with an interest in delivering strategic change solutions to enable effective solutions around traded risk management
• Candidate must have thorough understanding of regulation on “Minimum requirement of Market Risk capital charge”
• Must have working understanding of Murex module with atleast 7 to 10 years of specific experience in MRE, MRA, Murex Limit Controller and Simulation and pricing modules
• Other good to have skill sets include margining, collateral or related credit risk methodologies
• Experience in managing and delivery of trading platforms for Treasury products on a global scale, integrated within the organizations treasury product systems.
