* Focused on Cost Accounting procedures in Product Costing and Entity Accounting.
* Participate in month-end close process - utility accrual calculation, payroll analystis, headcount reporting and division financial review decks
* Comparing to benchmarks and determining Utilities price / volume / efficiency metrics
* Maintain Management Operating System (MOS) board by updating metrics for Finance department
* Give presentations monthly at Tier 4 Meetings on month-end results
* Bill of materials cost creation and release of standards in SAP
* Forecasting : Utilities usage (Natural gas, electricity) and overtime/payroll
* Ownership of utilities and payroll quarterly latest best estimates (LBE) and Plan Forecast for the next year
* Write and update manuals for each working process
Requirements :
Degree in Finance or equivalent
At least 1 year of finance experience in a large MNC preferred
