Responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing and other transactions.
Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Prepare monthly and annual management reports on Xero and Powerbi
Present financial reports and business performance analyses to the group, board members and key stakeholders
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Treasury optimisation such as managing cash collections, cash sweeping and upstreaming activities.
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant
At least 5 years’ relevant experience
Knowledge of accounting standards and the ability to translate this to practice
Knowledge of Singapore Tax, GST, CPF, filing requirements
A meticulous & organised individual who is able to work independently & as part of a team
Analytical and communicative
Must be able to multi-task & meet deadlines
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
