Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring adequate provisions for staff training, development, and operational needs.
Support resource planning, risk management, business continuity, and strategic planning initiatives to drive institutional growth and resilience.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly management accounts and ensure timely compliance with GST and FPS filing requirements.
Monitor student fee collections in line with the revenue recognition policy and manage timely payments to ASRs, suppliers, and other third parties.
Collaborate with the Company Secretary to ensure compliance with ACRA regulations and statutory obligations.
Process payroll, verify staff claims, and manage student refunds efficiently and accurately.
Assist department heads in managing resources and facilities to support efficient and effective operations.
Provide support in managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Requirements:
Bacherlor Degree in Finance or ACCA or Equivalent Qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Candidates with prior experience working in PEI or Education Industry preferred.
