The Job

• Provide expert advice to Client Advisors on complex account structures and KYC/AML cases the business is confronted with.
• Act as sparring partner for Client Advisors in all AML / KYC related topics.
• Support and advice Client Advisors in completing the KYC information in line with DB Group standards.
• Oversee and monitor the entire KYC process including coming due and overdue KYC cases.
• Training of Front office staff on legal documents and KYC related subjects
• To enhance Client risk assessments and various MIS reports for management reporting to facilitate review in managing risk and strengthening the control procedures and processes.
• To understand the Bank Global KYC/ AML Standards, Account Documentation procedures, Local Laws and Regulations and implement related control processes.
• Escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate; contributes to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions.
• Involved in design and implementation of strategies to ensure continuous process with the WM COO and Change functions to scope and define change projects to deliver process and performance improvement.

The Talent

• Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in operations, account documentation, risk management, Sophisticated AML/KYC knowledge and experience in banking or financial industry for at least 2 years.
• Experience in private banking will be an advantage
• Ability to develop a good knowledge of the customer base, with sensitivity to specific customer needs.

The Opportunity

• Exciting opportunity to supporting on Global Treasury Projects, and you will control, manage and oversight all of our internal projects, ensuring all those projects are implemented in timely manner with the expected quality. We also expect the candidate to run hands-on management of documentations and communications with internal / external project stakeholders.

The Role

• Support Global Treasury Project (i.e. Treasury management system implementation, Onboarding to a global partner bank, BPO outsourcing)
• Design project task tracking sheet, and as an owner of this sheet, keep monitoring / tracking the status of each project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of each project task output.
• Communication with internal / external project stakeholders, ensuring project runs and complete in timely manner with the expected output quality.
• Hands on management of project related documentations
• Schedule and coordinate those project related meetings
• Other non-project related treasury operational tasks, including data management and document management

The Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Treasury or banking preferred
• Responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined and detail oriented while in a fast paced and dynamic setting
• Able to handle highly confidential data

Domain skills:

• Deep Skills and Experience in Global/Regional Corporate Banking.
• Hands-on experience of executing Corporate Core Banking projects.
• Proficiency with some of the Transaction and Corporate Banking platforms/packaged solutions – in areas of Corporate Core Banking, e.g. Oracle, FIS, Finastra, CGI, SureCom etc.
