Job Description

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Aid in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, including tracking expenditures and preparing variance reports.
• Accounting Support: Help with data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support financial planning.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including organizing financial documents and maintaining files.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing more efficient financial practices.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance / Banking / Accountancy or any field are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Finance and Accounting with a keen desire to learn and develop within the field.
