About Us:
We are a leading Singapore based multi-family office managing the wealth of a number of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families. Our team is dedicated to providing customized solutions across investments and risk management, family governance, wealth transfer planning, strategic support for family businesses and philanthropy. We are seeking an additional operational associate with a technical background to support us in growing from a small to a medium-sized enterprise and as we implement a new efficiency enhancing software. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing industry in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain client positions:
- Booking daily traded and non-traded positions for our clients within our portfolio management system.
- Ensure prices of positions are implemented for client investment holdings on a timely and accurate basis.
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of our system to bank statements.
- Liaise with banks and investment funds to verify documentation and data.
- Liaise with the Investment team to maintain data integrity of the system.
Produce client investment reports:
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting of client holdings across both public and private market positions as well as for the whole portfolio.
- Be the centre of competence and owner of your client report – responsible for proactively addressing all related questions.
Analyze investment positions using analytical tools such as PowerBI and Artificial Intelligence:
- Use data in the system to analyze asset allocation, drivers of investment performance and projections of cashflows which can be reflected in client reporting.
- Build customized reports and dashboards in our new software system that clients can use to understand the performance of underlying investment holdings and of the whole portfolio.
- Help to design repeatable AI prompts and then leverage these prompts on our internal data to improve the efficiency of operational work.
Support in trade and fund subscriptions:
- Resolve trade settlement issues with banks in a timely manner.
- Organise and manage filing of subscription documents and investment contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – in a quantitative field is a plus
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, ideally within wealth management, private banking, or family office environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft PowerBI
- Familiarity with generating useful prompts for AI is a plus
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence, with an eye for process improvement and risk management.
- Technologically savy. Understanding of digital architecture, software platforms and their implementation is a plus.
