1. Assist and work with our outsourced accountant on accounting related matters including updating of invoices, costing into our quickbook software.
2. Take care of payroll including CPF and ensure payment to our suppliers.
3. Create invoices and keep track of payment receivables.
4. Company monthly staff claims, payroll and process letters.
5. Company annual insurance renewal and claims
6. Data filings and stationary procurement
7. All bank transactions.
8. Take care of all Human Resources matters for staffs including foreign workers and MOM related matters.
9. Keep track of all leaves and update staffs
