What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights to the leadership team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making
- Supervising and mentoring the finance team to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
