My client is a chinese semiconductor company looking for a Finance Supervisor to oversee and manage daily accounting operations acccording to Group and local reporting guidelines.
Key tasks include delivering accurate monthly and quarterly closings, preparing local GAAP reports, handling adjustments, coordinating audits, and reviewing audit reports. You will also oversee tax filings and related party transaction reporting while providing financial advice and solutions to departments, ensuring alignment with regulatory changes and maintaining reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor related companies.
- Knowledgeable in IFRS and US GAAP, familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of both Singapore and China would be value added.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore tax legislation.
- Professional business level of proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with China stakeholders in written and spoken
