BDM - We will count on you to:
- Reporting into the Head of Broking develop and execute strategies for new business penetration, with the purpose of gaining broking market share
- Evaluating existing sales practices and processes to enhance delivery and produce results
- Arranging new business meetings, creating and leading sales pitches
- Leading and closing complex sales and tenders
- Researching market trends and industry updates, for the purpose of building market credibility and knowledge
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trust and long-term relationships conducive to new business activity
Client Manager - We will count on you to:
- Prepare and implement business plans and goals
- Build long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes within client organizations
- Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are met in line with agreed service standards
- Recognize and document revenue generation, growth, and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolios and other sources
- Identify and document successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business is retained
- Maintain awareness of potentially complicated claim-related matters and assist claims personnel in negotiating equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison to better serve clients
