Our client is a venture capital fund invests in SEA market. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Investment Analyst and the role is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct investment research and due diligence to identify and screen investment opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis on potential companies, analyze financial statements of prospective companies
- Build financial models and cover investment valuation
- Work with different team in the investment deal execution process
- Assist in post-investment monitoring, support valuation reports etc
- Keep track of market trends and development
- Other ad-hoc investment duties when necessary
Key responsibilities
- Around 1 to 4 years of corporate finance, transaction services, investment experience in venture capital/private equity industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration or other disciplines
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, diligent, positive attitude
- Team oriented, flexible to work in a small office environment
