Key responsibilities: Work with external service providers to prepare and review balance sheet reports, monthly profit and loss reports Work with senior team members to manage budgeting, cash flow etc Manage audit and statutory reports Prepare and coordinate investor reports, capital call etc Record and monitor investment activities, collect and analysis data from investee companies and update into system Prepare and manage corporate tax, GST etc Assist in investor compliance, FATCA/ CRS reporting Assist in other Finance and Ops duties when necessary Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other accounting qualification At least 3 years of Audit / Fund Administration / Buyside experience with exposure to Venture Capital or Private Equity Funds Detailed-oriented, motivated, good analytical skills Good analytical and communication skills Those with interests in renewable energy industry or environment sustainability is an advantage Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at
