Position Summary: Our client is looking for a CPA-certified Financial Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, managing budgets, overseeing cash flow, and ensuring precise bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to the company's growth by creating impactful financial dashboards, supporting strategic decisions, and evaluating partnerships to ensure alignment with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through meticulous bookkeeping practices.
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity is aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, financial models, and revenue forecasts, contributing to strategic growth and financial stability.
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data from cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols, providing actionable insights for decision-making and ensuring transparent financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, including performance metrics, to track the company’s financial health.
- Invoice and Expense Management: Oversee invoice processing, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial policies and timelines.
- Financial Dashboards and Reporting: Design and present financial dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partnership Evaluation and Alignment: Collaborate with leadership in assessing and evaluating potential partnerships, providing financial analysis to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role, ideally within the technology, Fintech, Blockchain or DeFi industries.
- Experience in a top-tier accounting firm is highly valued.
- Strong expertise in preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, cash flow management, and financial processes.
- Experience with invoice processing, expense tracking, and ensuring financial compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
