We are seeking an Automation Developer with expertise in developing and modifying tools to support Trade Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Access, Excel macros, and RPA tools such as UIPath. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to bridge gaps between current and future systems, ensuring smooth business operations through tool development and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool Development and Enhancement:Identify and clarify tools to be developed or revised based on gaps between current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) systems and processes.
  Develop migration tools (e.g., using Access) and other tools to align with new operation processes.
  Modify and enhance existing EUC (End User Computing), RPA, and other tools as needed.
  
• Reporting:Monitor and report issues related to tool development and the progress of daily activities.
  Provide updates to relevant stakeholders on EUC, RPA, and tool-related projects.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in using Access, Excel macros, and UIPath (RPA tools).
• Knowledge of business processes in the Trade Finance area.
• System implementation experience, particularly with CGI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in tool development and testing.

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to travel within the APAC region to collaborate with teams and support system implementations.
• Proactive mindset to address challenges and propose solutions effectively.
