We are a public company with global assets and are headquartered in Singapore. We are looking for a director level finance professional who will be able to join a team and assist the company optimise its capital structure.
Responsibilities
· Financier, Capital Markets and Investor interactions
· Assist in with relationships with banks
· Assistance with communicating financial results and periodic reports
· Active and regular investor and analyst engagement
· Assistance with corporate treasury
· Keep a clear pulse on matters such as share market activities, financial trends, competitor behaviour
Requirements
· CPA or equivalent level qualifications. Possibly MBA. Financial analysis skills
· Must have been in\volved and had experience with substantial financings
· Able to occasionally travel
· At least 5 years of working experience in a CFO or director level role
· Superb oral and written communication skills
· Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Further Background
· Primary location is Singapore
· Excellent equity incentives and a cash renumeration plus bonus based on an KPI structure
