Responsibilities

• Review credit applications/reviews, credit ratings, financial statements and projections submited by RMs
• Recommend reasonable amendations/adjustments
• Follow up with RMs on outstanding matters
• Conduct Credit Stress testing
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least 5 years of corporate credit analysis experience
• Familar with Trade financing, Syndication and also preferably project financing
• Strong team player with good communication and stakeholder engagement and management skills

Responsibilities

• Review legal documentation under Bilateral and Syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals
• Handle client’s utilisation requests and ensure facility limits and precedent conditions are met before loan disbursement
• Timely execution of all loan drawdown, rollover and other operational instructions to business support units, and to follow up, where necessary, on the execution
• Interact with RMs to follow up on outstanding documents/matters
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of loan documents
• Prepare regulatory and management reports
• Perform basic AML/KYC checks on clients
• Participate in system/process improvement projects and other duties as when assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of Credit Ops or Loan admin experience in a corporate banking environment
• Excellent team player with a keen eye for detail and good organizational skills
• Hands on loan processing experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
