Job Requirements
Financial Management
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting
• Assist in developing and monitoring budgets for internal operations and client projects.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Support management with financial forecasting to align with company goals.
Compliance and Auditing
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, tax laws and regulations.
• Manage annual audits, liaising with external auditors and providing required documentation.
• Monitor compliance with client contracts, billing terms and reporting requirements.
Project and Campaign Support
• Collaborate with project managers and account executives to track campaign budgets and expenditures.
• Provide financial insights to improve profitability and efficiency across projects.
• Prepare periodic client billing and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
Technology and Process Improvement
• Utilise accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency
