You will act in concert with the Management in understanding the strategic business needs and plans, providing valuable Business Office support to the clinical and operational partners in understanding the operating models, identifying how initiatives will impact the Hospital and make recommendations to achieve process efficiency and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, design and re-engineer critical Business Office/Patient Billing and Collection processes to achieve efficiency in patients’ services, billing, and collection.
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that systems and workflows are streamlined, ensuring automation as much as possible.
- Analyse large datasets to produce actionable insights to improve Patient’s Collection.
- Develop and present Patients’ Receivables dashboards with multiple dimension analysis. This includes assessing data quality and transformations for more advanced analysis.
- Liaise with the multiple stakeholders to identify potential issues and facilitate discussions to achieve optimal work processes and solutioning.
- Manage and implement new IT systems, including the performing of User Acceptance Testing, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience
- Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Data Analytics tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI is preferred
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Team player with the ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse set of stakeholders in a fluid environment
- Systematic and meticulous in work
- Adept at handling complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations
