Responsibilities:
- Documentation Review: Analyze project tender documents, including drawings, commercial files, and technical specifications related to curtain walls.
- Quantity Calculations: Calculate the engineering quantities for various curtain wall systems.
- Scope Definition: Define the work scope based on plans and drawings for flat, curved, and colorful curtain walls.
- Cost Estimation: Perform cost analysis based on design proposals, including materials (e.g., aluminum profiles, steel parts, panels, glass), labor, and construction processes to prepare complete cost documents.
- Cost Breakdown: Provide detailed cost breakdowns and unit prices based on approved cost totals.
- Additional Tasks: Support other tasks related to curtain wall tendering and bidding.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation for curtain wall construction projects in Shanghai or similar markets.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tender documents and drawing analysis.
