We are looking for independent, meticulous, analytical and task-driven individuals who are keen to build a career in credit control/collections.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and smooth credit control and administrative support to our Credit division
- Handle call-in/WhatsApp enquiries
- Follow up with customers for overdue instalments
- Update payment entries
- Prepare and issue reminder letters, 4th and 5th schedules
- Facilitate vehicle redemption, prepare and issue release letters
- Manage filing of loan agreements and related documents
- Provide daily full settlement quotations
- Complete end-to-end full settlement documentation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- Candidates with related working experience will enjoy a higher starting salary
- Good command of English, with both written and oral communication
- Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage
