Assistant Finance Manager (Client Accounting Division)
DR Consultancy Services Pte Ltd “(DRC)” is a boutique corporate services provider and recruitment firm based in Singapore’s CBD. We are looking for a part-time Asst. Finance Manager (2-3 days a week) who is willing to work within a small but fun team in the Corporate Services division. Our division office is located 3 minutes’ walk opposite Telok Ayer MRT.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare Annual Financial Reports
- Ensure timely performance and completion of month-end reconciliation
- Prepare reports for management and statutory reporting
- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information (mainly bank statements)
- Prepare corporate tax accruals for the year-end accounts
- Prepare XBRL files in the ACRA system
- Liaises with auditors during year-end audits
- Prepare monthly salary slips for clients
Role requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience in accounting and drafting financial statements
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
- Able to operate QuickBooks accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to work independently
- Attention to details
- Able to work with multi-cultural teams out of Singapore
- Fluency in English
