Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the full set accounting, monthly group consolidated cash flow and duties
- Collate P&L and BS analysis to track and ensure compliance of bank covenants
- Managing FX hedging and borrowing rates
- Review the banking facilities on new requirements and rates competitiveness
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
