We are looking for a committed individual with the drive and passion to thrive in a dynamic environment, to join us as Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of local and overseas finance professionals
- Oversee the full spectrum of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
- Timely and accurate analytical review of the group financial and management reports, half-yearly reports and SGX announcements
- Review tax computations, including GST submission and liaise with tax agents for compliance and timely submission
- Ensure adoption & compliance of IFRS standards by the group
- Drive the implementation of group policies, processes and systems
- Liaise with internal/external auditors
- Any additional scope as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Good Accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong accounting knowledge & familiarity with Singapore/International financial reporting standards
- At least 6 years relevant work experience preferably in audit and commercial firms
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Hands on consolidation experience using consolidation software such as Lucanet or SAP
- Self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and proactively within a team
- Positive working & learning attitude with good understanding of work processes & internal controls
- Prior experience as reviewer
