This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in One North.
Responsibilities
- Work with bank and internal stakeholders on paperwork
- Support and advise internal stakeholders on clarification related to the solution based on policies and guidelines established.
- Discussion with bank to highlight technical issues experienced by internal stakeholders and get resolutions from the bank.
- Internal discussion with IT Division to explore potential enhancement of existing workflow / process to elevate user experience and, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administrative support on automation initiative(s).
- Meetings coordination, prepare Records of Decisions (RoDs) / Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), monitor action items
- Ad-hoc support on ongoing or exploratory projects (coordination of activities, documenting of feedback, assisting with procurement paperwork with prior year reference).
Requirement
- Diploma holder, preferably in Finance / Accountancy
- 3 years working experience
- Meticulous and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of automation tools like PowerAutomate is advantageous
