:
Manage full set of accounts
Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee invoice postings, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
Handle intercompany billing, manage transactions, and reconcile intercompany accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system.
Review staff claims for accuracy and supporting documentation before processing payments.
Prepare annual financial statements and handle XBRL filing requirements.
Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational accounting with full set accounting responsibilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
A positive team player with the ability to multitask and a proactive work attitude.
Independent, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
