Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department.
Handle full set of accounts.
Assist in cash flow management.
Review AP entries.
Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements.
Review AR aging and oversee to ensure that AR collections are up to date.
Prepare timely monthly management reports.
Prepare yearly forecast and budget.
Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST.
Review/ handle BG & LC applications.
Handle government statistics returns.
Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts.
Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts.
Liaison with external auditor on annual audit.
Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance.
