Job Description

· Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P, invoicing, data entry, invoicing, etc.

· Handle general administrative duties

· Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & reminder notices

Job Requirements:

· Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Accounting

· Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting work experience preferred

Job Description:

The Finance Admin Officer (FAO) supports the department in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance & Billing team. He/She is involved in work that may be related to Billing, preparation of basic Accounts receivables reports, data compilation for finance related reports, and other accounting tasks.

The FAO may also be asked to assist in the preparation of yearly budgeting and forecasting, systems testing as required process enhancement (eg :RPA).

He/She is particular to details especially with matters related to billing / invoicing. He/She is service oriented with excellent communication skills who is able to work independently but also knows how to be a team player. The FAO is able to work effectively with multiple and concurrent tasks with the willingness to offer a helping hand to whoever needs it may it be external or internal client.

Requirements:

· At least Diploma in Accounting or any related field

· Related working experience preferred

· Entry level candidates with relevant diploma are welcome to apply

· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Good communication skills, tech savvy, service oriented
