- Spearhead cost estimation for bids of MHI-AP Singapore. Coordinate with the various vendors as well as construction sub-contractors and assist to achieve the best price for works & materials.
- Collate techno-commercial information from all disciplines including process / mechanical / structural / piping, E&I etc.
- Assist in preparing relevant documents for bid price approval from Senior Management.
- Interact with a project engineers and discipline managers based on the project requirements. Prepare and maintain cost database for multiple disciplines.
- Participate in risk analysis and estimate the cost for each risk category for various bids & projects.
- Assist in the preparation of the Cost Reports of various projects and update forecast cost & actual progress.
- Keep data and records for various projects its estimated cost, actual cost, vendor & construction cost etc, for further analysis and inhouse estimates.
- Any other duties as assigned by Group Manager such as Project Planning & scheduling assistance etc.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Accountancy or Construction
Management preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Fresh graduates or with 1 or 2 years of experience
• Ability to work well as an integral part of a large Project Team that includes all
Engineering disciplines.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks / projects.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues,
and individuals both inside and outside the organisation (if required)
• MS office especially MS Excel for preparing cost reports.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
