Position Overview

As a Recruitment Manager at Motorway Group, you will be crucial in supporting our HR team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, managing onboarding processes, and handling various HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

· Designed and executed effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles at Motorway.

· Oversee the entire recruitment process, from review of job description to closing of the vacancies, which includes job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering of employment.

· Work closely with department heads or hiring managers to understand their talent needs.

· Provide expert guidance on job specifications, candidate profiles, and relevant market trends to align hiring efforts with business objectives.

· Adopt a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to onboarding.

· Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

· To ensure competitive and fair offers, oversee the job offer process and conduct reference checks as needed.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive innovation and enhance recruitment strategies.

· Conduct an Exit interview and analyze attrition trend

· Assist in organizing company events

· Define learning needs and career development paths.

· Source and propose for staff training and development

· Define learning needs and career development paths.

· Identify and propose to the Management to groom talent for leadership roles.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing & recruitment for white collar and senior positions in an in-house high-volume environment.

· Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS systems.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

• Processing of payments, receipts, and ensure that customers adhere to the terms of the contract by conducting regular maintenance and enforcement.
• Administer internal credit policies and ensure recovery actions in accordance to guidelines.
• Provide administrative support, work with stakeholder to resolve credit issue.
• Handle accounts receivables/ inquiry and ensure all accounts are addressed within timeframe.

We are an established car dealer with own workshop with more than 40 mechanics. We have a vacancy for Workshop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of workshop staff, including controller, mechanics and interns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute workshop activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivables, including accurate processing of receipts and ensuring customer adherence to contract terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate responses via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure consistent and timely payments.
• Administer internal credit policies, following up with customers on overdue payments and ensuring recovery in line with guidelines.
• Ensure proper document updates and archiving.
• Address customer queries and requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake all aspects of vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect vehicles’ damages and determine repair and replacement needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding repair and replacement options.
• Perform repair works and replace parts for motor vehicles.
• Follow safety guidelines and use proper tools and equipment to complete repairs.
• Report to superior on parts unavailability or any expected delay of job including not meeting deadline.
