Key Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Duties
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records and support payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations matters and support the team with HR policies and compliance.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Finance Duties
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely submission of financial data for reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and support audits and tax-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting and payroll software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
