We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. You will work closely with management to monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports, to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to carefully guide decision-making for portfolio management, evaluating financial information and conducting strategic analyses and reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, and more. Its primary aim is to influence decision-making within the organization and drive cross-business initiatives.
As a leader of the finance team, you will take responsibility for the role, improve execution, and build standardized processes with a proactive approach, a strong desire for collaboration, and the ability to make recommendations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
- Highly analytical with strong financial and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills to lead the team
