Role : Digital Banking Business Analyst (Cash Management, Swift or Payments Services OR Corporate Channels)

Job Description / Key Requirements:

Mandatory is:

• Must have 6+ years working experience in Business Analysis
• 3+ years recent working experience in Corporate Banking/or Digital Channels in Transaction Banking (Payments Services or Swift or Cash Management) is a must.
• Current working experience in Cash Management, Swift or Payments Services is a must as a Business Analyst 2+ years).
• Good to have : Working experience in My SQL and Oracle SQL
• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience
• Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
• Must have Agile product development experience
• Working experience in FSD- Functional Specifications Documentation and elaborated user stories is a must (2+ years- recent).
• Current role must be as a Business / Business Consultant /Analyst for last 3+ years.
• Must have working experience in gathering requirement from business and maintain BRD, FSD –Must
• Current working experience in banking areas like Transaction Banking, Payments, Swift,Cash Management is must.
• Hands-on recent Agile working experience in banking products (Corporate/Retail/Internet Banking) and processes, and retail banking for 3+ years is a Must
• Must have experience in writing user stories is a must.
• Must : Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects (Preferably using SAFe) –3+ years Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc- Good to have

Role : Senior Credit Risk Murex System Analyst/Systems Programmer

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in the financial industry with atleast 8 or more years of experience in business analysis and project implementation is a must.
• Strong working experience on implementing Credit Risk module around Murex MLC, LRB and version upgrade is mandatory.
• Must have recent working experience of xVA/PFE module in Murex for at least 4+ years.
• Recent working experience in Murex for at least 5+ years in banking or financial industry is mandatory.
• Must: Experience Credit risk configurations, reports extractions using LRB and extensive traded product knowledge
• Experience in managing and delivery of trading platforms for Treasury products on a global scale, integrated within the organizations treasury product systems is required.
• Other good to have skill sets include margining, collateral or related credit risk methodologies
• Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
• Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Consultancy firms.
• Good understanding of Technology Finance.
• Above average excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, building of reporting dashboard).
Strong in data analysis using excel.
• Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus.
• Experienced in software and related maintenance contractual/commercial processing will be a plus.
• Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting purpose. Knowledge in Power BI will be a plus.
• Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good experience in managing/responsible/implementing business process improvement.
