Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role combines financial expertise with logistics coordination to ensure smooth financial operations and an efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, an understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Operations:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with shipping, import/export, and financial regulations.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and logistics goals.
- Prepare and present reports on financial performance and supply chain metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- (5) years of experience in finance, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems for managing financial processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
