We understand the importance of digitization in today's business landscape and offer solutions to streamline the sales process for Financial Services and Motor Insurance through digital and retail channels. Our digital sales processes help professionalize the Porsche sales experience, making it more convenient and accessible for both, dealers & customers.

Tasks

• Support business processes between Porsche Services Singapore and its Business Partners
• Support in ensuring compliance with internal control policies, procedures and accounting standards
• Support the accounts payable and receivable process
• Support in financial and tax related reporting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly GL closing (using SAP) and management reports
• Assist in the preparation of billing documents
• Support in monthly reporting

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding

Intern Finance
Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as Intern Finance within its Finance Team. The successful intern will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
• Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.
• Support the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy, or any other relevant studies
