Responsibilities:

1. Daily Task:

• Review and process payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Check and approve templates in financial systems.
• Work closely with accountants to ensure timely processing of payments.
• Coordinate and arrange signers' approval for financial documents.
• Monitor and validate sales invoices against internal reports.

2. Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End Tasks

• Download and reconcile trial balances and general ledger reports.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of intercompany invoices and statements.
• Send reminders for monthly report submissions and critical deadlines.
• Compile financial data for internal and external audits.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Provide support during financial closing periods by ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Address ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as assigned by the finance manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a support capacity.
• Min 3 to 5 years work experience
• Financial Software such as JD Edwards E1 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, generate, compile and monitor invoice payment on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in line with established payment cycles and client requirements
• Retrieve finance data with competency to review and analyze the data, reporting to line manager.
• Manage vendor, staff salary and ad-hoc spending
• Monitoring of Business health in an overall manner and report to line manager on a weekly basis or if required.
• Generate financial summaries for inclusion in monthly report following company Template
• Reporting and administrative support
• Ah-hoc works and company platform (similar to SAP) for billing purpose as assigned
• Liaise with Indian Team for meeting.
• Taking the lead of the Finance related manner and proposed method and solution for cost saving and related methodology.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in related field.
• 2-3 years of Finance related experience.
• Willing to work in different time zone with India Team.
• Knowledge on MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications within the finance and tax domain, covering tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax reclaims.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into Business Requirements Documents (BRD) or User Stories.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to the conceptualization of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Produce Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) during project execution, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Validate IT solutions with engineering and architecture teams, and effectively communicate specifications to the project delivery team and stakeholders.
• Present IT solutions to business and IT stakeholders, elucidating how they address business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to project teams during execution, addressing queries related to requirements and collaborating with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for any necessary revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, preferably in investment or banking industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing the expectations of senior-level stakeholders across various business units.
• Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in documenting BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and visual modelling, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, SQL, and automation technology and a good understanding of tax and finance business domains.
• Solid grasp of financial applications, UI/UX principles, database design, and software engineering best practices.

Job Function:

• Finance: Provide appropriate and accurate accounting records and financial statements in a timely manner
• Able to provide variance analysis of the accounts
• Able to extract and collate data requested for analysis, budget preparation/evaluation and adhoc reporting.
• Able to handle online cash management matters
• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors and consultants.
• Administration: Provide administrative, clerical and reception support

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in accounting with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Able to maintain a full set of accounts including preparation of financial statements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous with attention to details and precision in account reconciliation and report generation.
• A commitment to good interpersonal relationships, teamwork and support of organization's ministries
• A commitment to confidentiality regarding all financial records, both of the organization's and staff, and the members.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of accounting software - MYOB etc is desirable
