• Generate and send invoices according to scheduled timelines.
• Prepare customized reports to meet clients’ invoicing requirements.
• Prepare vendor payment reports.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Liaise with clients and vendors on billing matters.
• Manage account receivables and follow up on payment status with clients.
