Job Title: Finance Temp Staff

Location: One Marina Boulevard (Raffles Place MRT)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Hourly Rate:Under Diploma & O/A Level: $10/hr
Diploma: $11/hr
Undergraduate: $12/hr
Degree Holder: $15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable & General Ledger:Handle AP, AR, and GL functions for assigned accounts.
  Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
  Schedule payments and manage cash flow to ensure adequacy.
  Address invoice and payment queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Reconciliation & Compliance:Prepare monthly vendor statement of accounts reconciliations.
  Process Purchase Orders (POs) following procurement policies.
  
• Financial Reporting & Closing:Prepare journal entries and management accounts.
  Perform month-end and year-end financial close activities.
  
• Audit Support:Assist with queries from internal and external auditors.
  
• System Implementation Support:Provide support for finance system implementation projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Additional Duties:Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Handle full spectrum of AP function, including recording suppliers’ invoices and payments. This includes timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests.
• Process ad hoc credit card refunds and monthly corporate refunds.
• Maintain fixed assets register, including Asset tracking and verification
• Handle Withholding Tax Deduction for non-residents.
• Prepare monthly report
• Prepare and update monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare Quarterly GST Report.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

3. Reconciliation Reconciliations & deal with supplier queries

6. Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned.
