Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports for the Group and All entities
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections
• Review monthly vendor reconciliations and process vendor payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Monitor and manage day to day banking functions for smooth flow of operations.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of GST and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely and efficient audit processes.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.:
• Identify areas for process improvement within the finance and accounting functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, with Professional accounting certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar financial control role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory of 2-3 team members would be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Souring & purchasing of vehicle/machinery/tools and equipment spare parts.
• Raise purchase order for parts and tools
• Access the vehicle/machinery and equipment damaged condition & verify with manager whether to repair or purchase.
• Data entry for invoices and billing for vehicle/machinery and equipment.
• Drafting/ordering of vehicle/machinery and equipment sticker for painter.
• Provide quotation to customer for vehicle repair.
• Put up vehicle accident investigation reporting & liaising with insurance reporting center.
• Co-ordination between tyre-man, sales, store and customers.
• Create tyre defect report for warranty claims.
• Handle customers complaint.
• Arrange disposable of tyre.
• Arrange delivery/collection of tyre/lubricants.
• Arrange vehicle and technician for breakdown service.
• Arrange 24 hours tyre breakdown service.
• Manage workshop daily operation issue.
• Other adhoc job when required.
