We are looking for an experienced and independent Finance Manager who will support the Management in overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting as well as the finance functions such as preparing in-depth analysis for management business review and decision making, monitoring budget and forecast for strategic planning.
In charge of all aspects of day-to-day accounting matters and financial operations of the company such as: -
· Monthly/quarterly full set of accounts.
· Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve regional business objectives.
· Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
· Active involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes; administer and review all budget forecasts and actual, explain and correct variances on a monthly basis.
· Analysis of Performance – To provide timely, accurate, reliable clear and concise historical and forward-looking analysis on business performance.
· Cash Management – To monitor and plan for the fund management for business operation.
· Preparation of monthly management reports, schedules and other analysis reports like variant analysis.
· Owns and drives continuous improvement activities.
· Assist to identify and implement company/departmental cost savings and efficiencies.
· Responsible for annual statutory audit, taxation matters, quarterly GST reporting.
· Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other policies.
Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other recognized professional qualification of the same equivalent.
· Minimum 8 years of similar experience
· Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Well organized, meticulous, analytical and can work independently.
- Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need apply.
- Immediate starter is highly preferred.
