Job Purpose
As a key member of the Finance Team, the individual will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, handling regulatory filings, and overseeing accounting and finance functions for the family office.

Duties and responsibilities
(1) Finance Operations
- Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle regulatory filings and reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform accounting and finance duties such as investment analysis, proper recording of transactions, payment processing, invoicing, and other duties as relevant.
(2) Budgeting and Reporting
- Maintain budgetary control and prepare detailed investment reports for the family office.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to management and key stakeholders.
(3) Process and Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s products, services, and processes to enhance financial accuracy and relevance.
(4) Stakeholder Management
- Deliver high-quality client service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to the management and/or other key stakeholders as relevant.
(5) Team Support and Collaboration
- Assist senior members of the finance team with various projects and other ad hoc tasks as needed, contributing to team objectives and efficiency.
Prior Work Experience
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience working in an investment company or family office is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimally a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable.
